Successful completion of the program assures food managers, regulators and trainers that the certificate holder has completed a basic course in food safety.

The ServSafe® Food Handler Guide is an excellent resource for integrating food safety into any existing onboard training program. SC law requires Food Handlers to have an ANSI certified certificate. The exam must be administrated by a certified proctor using the ServSafe Food Handler scantron answer sheets. The certificate in the back of the book is not considered valid under SC law.

We offer onsite training for your employees. The Food Handler Program is approximately 3 hours with an exam at the conclusion. Upon passing the exam, an ANSI certified Food Handler certificate will be issued by ServSafe.
