The ServSafe® Food Handler program provides food handlers with the knowledge and skills they need to safely handle foods for human consumption. Successful completion of the program assures food managers, regulators and trainers that the certificate holder has completed a basic course in food safety.

Who should take this course? All non-managerial food service staff. This course will provide your staff with basic principals of food safety.

ServSafe Food Handler® Online Course and Assessment is a comprehensive solution that delivers consistent food safety training to employees. This ensures the same food safety principles are delivered each and every time.
Once the course has been purchased and launched, participants can select to take the course in English, Spanish or Simplified Chinese.
The ServSafe® Food Handler Guide is an excellent resource for integrating food safety into any existing onboard training program.

We offer onsite training for your employees. The Food Handler Program is approximately 3 hours with an assessment at the conclusion. A certificate of completion is presented.
